Return & Refund Policy

All products sold in our store are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand provider. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we have a strict return and refund policy.

Order Cancellation & Refund Requests
Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all items are custom-made.

Defective or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Misprints

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect production

To report a defect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Resolution of Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund, at our sole discretion. The original item may not need to be returned.

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above requirements.
